Government legislation has been enacted which means that shared private sewers are now the responsibility of Southern Water. Accordingly, please contact Southern Water if you have any problems. While Sandycombe does still have some responsibility for small sections of drains, it is important that blockages are reported to Southern Water in the first place. If they find a problem in our small sections of drains they will contact us via our agent. If they do refer it back to you then please notify our agent.
