About

Southover Manor lies to the south of the properties fronting Southover High Street and is delimited by the railway line to the south; Cockshut Road to the east; and access to Southover High Street to the west.  It is served by Cluny Street and the roadways and pedestrian paths leading off it and Morley Close.

Sandycombe Properties Limited (Sandycombe) owns and manages all common  areas of Southover Manor Estate such as the open grassed areas, the paved footpaths which cross them (except as described below), as well as all the paved entrances and areas around the parking spaces and related fences and walls, lighting & wooded area.

The highway authority, East Sussex County Council, has adopted both Cluny Street and the footpath that diagonally crosses the grassed area between the Lodges and Cluny Street. There are no other public footpaths within the estate and all other access is over land owned by Sandycombe Properties Ltd.
